Blackie

Blackie passed away Saturday.
We are still in shock.
It was very sudden and unexpected.









Blackie liked to sleep on his back. He loved the outdoors and his favorite spot was on top of the bedroom window air conditioner.
He could also do a pretty good Elvis impersonation.

Brent & Lindsay's Wedding - July 15, 2006

Darlene traveled to Wausau, Wisconsin for nephew Brent's wedding to college sweetheart Lindsay.

Curling Class

We have finally started curling class. Our classes are every Monday night in San Antonio. It's a small class of only 16 students, so we're getting more ice time than we did at the open houses. However, this leads to a LOT of sore muscles the next day. Also, Darlene received her very first sports injury in the second class. (more about that later)
